Happy New Year!!!

I rang in the new year at Chris and Jill's. We were kinda fed up with the whole get dressed up and go to a lame party and be unhappy thing, so Jill decided we should just have a pajama party/game night at her house. We had a lot of fun. I wore my pink elephant pajamas. There was lots of Wii play, some board games, and I played my very first game of Twister ever. In retrospect, that probably wasn't the best idea...

I spent New Year's Day at Chris and Krystle's. We watched the Gamecocks suck it up big time.

Side note: Stupid, stupid Gamecocks!! Ugh. I am so mad at them. Their bowl performance was very embarrassing. I love them. I will always love them. But I do not like them right now. They made me very sad with their lack of interest in playing the game. Get your heads in the game, boys!!! I fully expect that we will not be seeing that kind of lackadaisical performance in the fall. (Hey Mere, did you like that big word???) Football. Fail.

I had a great time spending the day with Chris and Krystle and Krystle's mom though. We had yummy food to eat! Thanks, Krystle! =) And the we got to watch the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers (I am now a big fan of theirs!) beat the yucky Tigers of Clem%$#. It made the day better. =)
